Antenatal appointments/scans

I'm due my 20 week scan next week. I assume that would still count as 'essential contact' and not something NHS would cancel as 'routine' but just wondered if anyone had heard anything from their maternity services in the past few days re their own scans. Appreciate this is a very moving picture so expect things will continue to be updated over the coming week.

I had an appointment at the antenatal unit today and the diabetes midwife i saw said my scans shouldn't be cancelled as they are vital. Theyre still trying to figure things out themselves but anything that can be done over phone or via email will, otherwise you will be expected to attend your appointments still. They just have extra cleaning steps involved now. I think unles you are showing signs of being sick and have to cancel, all scan appointments will still go ahead x
