Has anyone ever been just short of NHS occupational mat pay? I'm 2 weeks short!

Employees must have 12 months’ continuous service with the NHS by the eleventh week before the expected week of childbirth.

I'm so worried about money. I didn't expect to fall so soon. Anyone have any advice please?

You can always apply for the government Maternity Allowance. It's a bit more than ÂŁ148 a week, from April is ÂŁ151 a week. You can have that up to 39 weeks.
