Constant period pain like cramps..

Hi guys,

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have been getting what feels like period pain this morning, I've spoke to the midwife who said I should go to a&e, which is obviously worrying.

Has anyone else had this before?

I'm currently 17+4 and I've had a few evenings of similar sort of pains and just put it down to round ligament pain or my uterus stretching due to baby getting bigger but not sure if it could also be a sign of a UTI aswell. Did your midwife not say why she definitely wanted you to get checked out as that's not fair her leaving you feeling like that and making you worry?

Thanks for your reply, she said that it was because the tummy cramps were constant. We went to a&e and they werent able to do a scan so really unsure as what to do now...

@Harri87 oh sorry didn't read the constant bit 🙈 You poor thing what do they expect you to do, can you go to your local epu?
