Can hormone levels drop and rise back up again in early pregnancy??

I don’t think so, I think they should double every 48hours until about 3 months

HCGs should double every 48 hours till about 6 weeks!

I got private HCGs at about 6/7 weeks and they DIDNT double so I totally freaked out, when to my emergency gyne unit and they did a scan and everything was fine! I’m now 22 weeks pregnant!

Has anyone ever had them drop? I got blood tests 2 days ago it was at 175 got another today and it’s at 142

How many week are you?

I haven’t had them drop, I had them not double last year and that sadly led to a MC...

I had similar to mrsrose when levels weren’t rising as they should and it was a blighted ovum mc

That doesn’t sound promising OP I’m so sorry! Also I think my HCGs were about 3500 last time but I can’t remember exactly!
