I think I can see a shadow of a line. Try a FRER - they tend to be clearer

Mummyspider27 · 15/03/2020 07:54

I see something but some tests trick us. Agree with PP try a FRER they are easier to read x

Amrow1 · 15/03/2020 08:43

Ok thank you I’ll try that

Oo can someone take a look at mine? Is it positive or evap?! Top one is yesterday, bottom is this morning!

Positive
Mummyspider27 · 15/03/2020 09:24

This mornings look darker which is a good sign, but I find the blue ones harder to read. First Response are a lot clearer even when faint... it’s hard to misinterpret one x

strawberry2017 · 15/03/2020 09:39

You need to disregard the test and try again, your not supposed to pull them apart to have to see the line.
Try again first thing tomorrow morning

cherrylovex3 · 15/03/2020 12:29

sorry I know the desperation of wanting a positive i used to always do this but strawberry is right you shouldnt take them apart. when mine was positive I didnt need to take it apart to see it or photograph it. sorry x

Ajahd · 15/03/2020 14:10

I disagree about needing to take tests apart. I absolutely had to 😂 it was the faintest line ever and my husband is colour blind so he was no use! It wasn't until I was around 8/9 weeks that I got a strong positive test. Happily 12 weeks pregnant now :)

cherrylovex3 · 15/03/2020 14:35

ajahd you cant really disagree though. it's a fact that the test becomes invalid if you take it apart and states so in most instructions that come with pregnancy test. not having a go but I think it's quite unfair to spread false hope because I convinced myself month after month there was a faint line. when there actually was one there was no mistaking it

cherrylovex3 · 15/03/2020 14:37

I would second trying a frer though OP. should be much clearer, fingers crossed for you

Amrow1 · 15/03/2020 15:21

It was very faint with the case on top. I took it apart to make sure it wasn’t a shadow from a scratch on the plastic. Iv done two now and they’re both very faint

Ajahd · 15/03/2020 19:25

Hmm I appreciate what you're saying, but I understand the need to take them apart, and as the OP has said, if there's a faint line you're just trying to get a better look. So I stand by what I said. Absolutely know the feeling of false hope as we were TTC for 18 months before we got our positive. I've taken more tests than I can count and squinted and checked in a variety of different lights each and every time.

All the best OP, really hope it works out for you Flowers

Amrow1 · 16/03/2020 16:16

I bought a first response like you all said. It’s still very faint but darker than yesterday!
