Could it be Implantation bleeding ?

Was just wondering .. I wiped this morning and there was pinkish brownish light blood, but that's all there's been all day. My back has been horrendous like awful back cramping when I move. Has anyone experienced this with implantation bleeding before? I've never heard of back pain as a symptom but maybe it is. I miscarried 3 weeks ago so I can't go by period or anything to make anything clearer. Thanks x

@unknown I had a missed miscarriage last month and had the procedure on the 18th Feb. For a week afterwards I had next to no bleeding. I then had two days of nothing, then the same as you- a pinky tinge and then spotting for 2 days.
You can spot with implantation or it could be your body trying to figure out what's going on.
I didn't get any back pain though. If it is severe, I would call your GP to check. X

I had implantation bleeding with my first child. Light bleeding started on the day my period was due (I thought it was my period arriving) and went on for 24h then stopped.
