Anybody nos anything to help my carpel tunnel. Its really unbearable now I can't sleep for longer than 2 hours without it kicking in and am getting up at half 5 every morning. holding hands above my head and hanging them over the bed just don't work. I'm being induced next Friday so hopefully it will go down by then have bought wrist splints and everything they just don't seem to work

I suffered terribly of carpal tunnel during both my pregnancies and I was given hand splints by the hospital. I slept in them and it made a huge difference. Ask for them.

Yes I have done they said I need to be referred for them and I can only buy stretchy splints and they are no help at all

Hand splints and also running hands under hot water regularly ( especially in morning) helped but you have my absolute sympathy as it is terrible and often so overlooked issue of pregnancy !

Stretchy splints wouldn’t help as you need them to keep your wrists straight. I was given them by the hospital during one of my routine checkups. Is that not possible?

On a positive note, it went very quickly after I gave birth.
