Hi ladies now we don't have Mothercare anymore I was just wondering where you have or will be buying your prams and nursery furniture from please. Ideally I would like to be able to actually look and test drive prams but would also happily buy online if I get good recommendations of companies that have been used and you were happy with everything. Also do any of you recommend a specific brand that is reasonably priced but still good quality as obviously I would like to save money where I can.

Mamas and Papas or John Lewis!

I'm planning on doing test drives of prams at John Lewis then buying second hand. Nursery furniture - not bothering until a few months in as he'll be in with us at first, then will very likely get ikea or second hand cot and normal sized wardrobes, chest of drawers etc - I don't see the point in child-size bedroom furniture, it's only useful for such a short amount of time
