Hi everyone ☺️

I’ve seen lots of conflicting info online and a friend told me she thought you weren’t meant to use them so I’m really unsure!

I normally love a good bath bomb but since getting pregnant I’ve put it off, however I was bought some from lush for my birthday recently and I’ve been really poorly so am desperate for a little pick me up!

Ive been using bath bombs and am 25 weeks now 😊. Most are perfectly safe, think you just need to double check the ingredients. I know some essential oils are a no go in pregnancy so just check whats in them before you use them ☺️

They aren't going to harm your pregnancy but your skin can become more sensitive in pregnancy, so if you have eczema or sensitive skin a bath bomb could trigger it.

All lush bath bombs are safe in pregnancy and for babies as they are made naturally in their stores (or so they told me!) I'm unsure about other bath bombs though. 💕

Being natural doesn't make them safe! Check the ingredients. Also consider cutting the bomb into smaller pieces so that you don't have so much in one bath (I find those lush bombs really concentrated)

I imagine they will be safe but could definitely give you thrush!

I love a bath bomb, especially the lavender ones from Lush, they are so relaxing.

I was using 2 a week and havent had any fanny problems (so far)!

A cheaper alternative are the radox bath salts, I find them really nice.

I have a lush bath bomb once or twice a week xx
