This is probably a straight forward go back up thing but an hour away with a baby and no transport so its not just a jump in the car thing.

Yesterday I had reduced movement and felt like crap.. went up and was monitored for almost an hour (wouldn’t calm down to give them a baseline 180-150 eventually settling at 155) there were plenty of bits where it seemed like he’d moved but I couldn’t feel it.. felt around 6-7 movements in the hour mostly when his heart was going mad. Sent home told all’s fine.

Last night he never moved much, today’s the same if anything.. loads of lovely sharp pains around the bikini line and inside but maybe two or three light pushy movements. He’s head down, not sure how far for anything else/more detailed. But I’m 39weeks.

Bloods n urine etc were all fine yesterday.

Do you just go up every single day they don’t wiggle like usual (usually he’s literally fighting with his brother from the inside out)

Yes, go up every time you have reduced movements or a concern. Just because you are 39 weeks and went up yesterday does not mean everything is ok now. Please go and get seen.

Yes, every time. I went in at 37.6 and sent home. Went back the next day for a preplanned appointment. Baby born by emergency section. Next baby I was scanned weekly just in case.

It may be tricky to get there and go every time but the reality is if something was to go badly wrong you'd find things much trickier.

Yeah I’ll give them a ring n sort out someone for the little guy. Wasn’t sure if they’d roll their eyes since it’s two days in a row. This pregnancy’s been so much easier than the first, ds was evicted at 38weeks with pre eclampsia so I felt awful n looked it by the end with him.

I'm 39 weeks too and have had a few reduced movements.. been in couple times. I had a midwife appointment on wed and explained my concern if this keeps happening what to do. Midwife told me to come in every time I feel necessary. She said they rather we went in than worry about it.
