Hi, new to this at 49 had a feint positive 4 weeks ago (Feb 15th) but negative since, no bleeding, last period December, GP just said highly unlikely to be pregnant, which is ok but need to be sure as partner has felt me.

Your gp could do a blood test. But if tests are negative, I'd think it's safe to assume you're not pregnant. Possibly onset on menopause?

I had similar. It was a chemical pregnancy. I had a slightly heavier period after.
