Ibuprofen at almost 16 weeks?

I’ve got this migraine , I’ve had it over 24 hours which doesn’t seem long to some people but it’s horrific, and I have a slightly raised temp with it (normal for me with headaches ), not feeling generally poorly , just sicky . I’m awaiting a call back from 111 for advise but they said it’ll be over 2 hours as they’re busy.
I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant with my first. I’ve been taking paracetamol every 4 hours since yesterday ( not gone over 4 doses a day), and had to take today off as it’s horrendous . Just wondering can you take ibuprofen in the second trimester ? I asked the lady on 111 and she said she doesn’t know. I’m hoping they don’t send me to the bloody walk in centre as i did explain to her I don’t feel poorly I just feel sicky with the migraine and quite hot but I don’t feel like I have a bug or anything , all I rang for was medication advise but they did the questionnaire and I think it flagged up that I need to talk to a dr.
Anyone on here have experience with migraines when pregnant ??
Got to wait two hours to talk to the clinician now and I’m knackered 😂😂

You shouldn't take ibuprofen in pregnancy.

When I had a pregnancy migraine I was prescribed dihydrocodeine.

Ibuprofen no, but I had the most hideous migraines and sumatriptan was prescribed to me by the doctor. She said that some new research had come out or some clinician had said they were safe so that was fine by her.

Migraines during pregnancy are the absolute worst, you have my sympathy

Definitely not ibuprofen. You need to see a midwife asap or your GP. They'll need to check your BP and urine. I was told by a midwife I could take solphadeine max but only because I'd tried everything else. Paracetamol with caffeine may help a bit the Aldi one I found the best

Thanks everyone , got a call back at 4:30am from 111, they said they had been very busy because of covid calls.
She’s told me to keep taking paracetamol , wear a cold compress on my forehead and stay off work today to monitor my blood pressure which is quite low . I work using computers at the hospital and can’t concentrate enough to brush my teeth let alone look at a screen so she’s told me to make sure I get some sleep and not to worry as migraines are common in pregnancy. She wants me to avoid going to the GP practice as there’s corona in our town at the moment and my GP practice is in the centre of town so she’d rather wait for me to see my midwife next Friday .
