are lap tops ok to put on your lap when pg??

im sat here with my lap top on my lap (strangly enough) and its begining to get quite warm (it always does).

Does anyone know if this is safe when your pregnant? was just wondering, thanks

It's generally not a good idea - pregnant or not.

However I also have one perched on my lap.

Don't worry, in a few months your bump will stop you doing this!

Scatter cushions are good for protecting your lap and then you can put the cushion down and make a warm cat bed when you toddle off to the land of nod later on.

I put mine on cushion babe always seems really active when I am online...stop and switch off when cushion gets hot reckon enough for both of us
