I am 40+3 days, so 3 days overdue.
I had a sweep on Tuesday morning so just over 48 hours ago. Since then I have had some mild cramping in lower abdomen and lower back. I have had quite a bit of pressure, also the hours after my sweep I had as only I can describe (sorry for tmi) an unusually large amount of discharge with streaks of blood, which I'm guessing was the bloody show. However I am still getting an unusually large amount of show what I can describe as looking like snot (disgusting I know) there is just so much its concerning me it was all over my PJ bottoms when I woke this morning. I have also been up the past 2 nights with severe stomach pain and diarrhoea. Does this mean labour is near as I am to be induced a week today and I really dont want to be induced? Ps. This is my first baby so I'm a bit clueless
