What to do with further bleeding

About 10 weeks pregnant. Went for scan this afternoon due to bleeding. Baby was fine and bleeding had stopped. Now it's restarted this evening slightly heavier and i'm not sure whether i'm supposed to DO anything?! Feeling a bit lost. Obviously a scan won't show anything further and they couldn't find an obvious cause earlier. But should i be contacting gp tomorrow to check cervix closed and ok etc? (They couldn't see cervix well enough on the scan. Not had issues with incompetent cervix before, but last delivery was huge baby and forceps in theatre, worrying some damage may have been done.) At a bit of a loss... Anyone else had bleeding at this stage or in these circumstances?!

I had bleeding at 15 weeks, went rushing to EPU who sent me away, went to GP who just gave me a sick note without examining me, spent a week from hell until I saw midwife week later & heard heartbeat. Unless you are having heavy bleeding with clots & cramps they say don't worry.
