Ketones and Protein in urine

Had my GTT today and get results tomorrow. Does anyone know what protein and ketones in my urine mean? The midwife has sent the sample off to the hospital for them to check too. Thanks!

Ketones usually signifies dehydration, protein can be infection, can also be caused by the extra discharge you're likely to be having atm
