Hi all,
I understand all the maternity lay rules as I work within an accountancy that partly deals with payrolls.
I understand that if you have two employments you can receive two lots of maternity pay given you qualify etc etc.
Question is - I have one job but I work for two directors who have their own accountancy who split my salary and I divide my time to work for them both so one pays half and the other matches. I receive two payslips from them and my details and pay are submitted to HMRC under two payrolls and my tax code is split.
Am I still entitled to two lots of maternity given I work in one place for them both?
Odd one I know but any input would be great.
