BFP, BFN and then BFP (but bleeding?)

Hi

So, I had a BFP on 9dpo and then a BFN 11dpo and now a BFP 13dpo.

As if this wasn't confusing enough, I also started bleeding today. It started off VERY brown when I wiped (sorry TMI) and now is more red/brown and slightly heavier (heavier than I would consider spotting)

Any insight would be very much appreciated!

Sounds like could be a potential chemical pregnancy? But of course with even a healthy pregnancy you could have bleeding, they do say red is more of a cause for concern. Do you have pics of your tests? Were they definite clear positives?
