So I am a fitness instructor and I teach a couple of aquacise classes. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and this evening whilst teaching I felt very lightheaded, I actually thought I was going to pass out at one point, everything went black for a couple of seconds.
I've read that you shouldn't exercise in hot temperatures but as it's my job it makes it difficult, but poolside temperatures can be between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius. I have stopped jumping around, and trying to slow down what I'm doing.
Do I just tell the gym that i cant do those classes anymore? Or do i keep going? (Needing all the money I can get before I HAVE to stop)
I dont want to take any risks so if its recommended to stop them I will. It's my 1st baby so I'm worried about everything. Any advice please?
