Canneston pessary pregnant

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been told to get canneston duo, have used many times before so done as I usually would of and just inserted pessary but I used the applicator
've just read that you should use finger instead would I of done anything??! Don't have any pain etc and didn't go in as far as usually would, shitting myself right now!

You’ve probably done nothing, and you can’t go back in time anyway, so relax, it’s so hard not to worry about every little thing, I’ll alway remember that total feeling of helpless panic, try not to stress,

I didn't put it in any further than I would if I used finger anyway but you know what it's like when your this early on everything worries me!! Xx

I used the applicator every time.

I think it’s just because you can irritate the cervix with the applicator- but then you can also do this by having sex in certain positions or for too long etc, you’ll be fine don’t worry!!

I used the applicator and was totally fine! Don’t think I could’ve done it with my finger anyway!
