TMI PIC large dark brown clots at 11 weeks

I've just wiped and saw this I'll be 12 weeks on thursday. Had brown blood every day at 6-8 weeks so had a scan at 8 weeks and baby was fine, heartbeat and everything. 9 weeks i had a heavy bleed red blood after sex. Lasted an hour and then brown blood for a few days after. I had another red heavy bleed 4 days ago and brown blood since which had almost gone until this just now. I'm shook. My c section scar from previous pregnancy feels very tender the same area baby implanted. Don't know if it's related. Have another scan booked for tomorrow morning. I've lost a baby at 10 weeks before and I can't imagine the pain mentally and physically of an almost 12 week loss Any positive stories at all?

Just thought I would drop you a line to say you are not alone. I've also had pink/brown on wiping since 8 weeks and a big red bleed at 10 weeks with a few chunky clots. As such, I had 2 scans and I was seriously worried at 10 weeks that everything was over. I'm happy to say I just had my 12 week scan today and everything is fine with baby. The scanning staff have said at each scan they can see an area where the bleed is coming from which I guess makes me feel a bit better. Have you had anything similar? FWIW, I had quite a bit of pink/brown bleeding from weeks 15-25 and everything turned out fine (didnt stop me worrying though!). I've got everything crossed for you - it's a horrible feeling but I hope you get some reassurance knowing that other people have gone through something similar with a good outcome. As always, you can call your EPU if you want extra reassurance. Good luck for tomorrow X

@Toffee86 Thank you that's reassuring. My 1st big red bleed was at 9 weeks and I managed to stay so calm but since it happened again I think I've felt crazy for staying calm lol. Fingers crossed baby is just keeping me on my toes. I never bled with my 6 year old not even a little bit so this is new to me. Have been diagnosed with endometriosis since though also gave birth via emergency c section. I have a feeling it may be a bleed by the placenta but they didnt spot the source at my 8 week scan. Hopefully we'll have answers tomorrow xx

That is definitely OLD blood, not new.

Sorry forgot to update this thread. Everything was okay at the scan. Now 14 weeks and listening to the heartbeat daily on my doppler:)

Good day I have the same issue expect red blood in the toilet but when I wipe it’s brown with the blood clot and I am really worry because I am only seeing spot when I wipe but now red blood in the toilet but when I wiped it’s really dark brown with like 2 small blood cloth me and I husband been trying for 5 years now and I really hope I don’t lose my baby because that’s the worse thing that could ever happen to someone has anyone ever experience this?

@Poochie00 how far along are you? Can you go to epu if you're over six weeks?

I understand. You could book an hcg blood test with a second one 48 hours later. If your numbers are doubling that's a very positive sign x
