Piles please help!

I’m only 9 weeks pregnant with second baby. Had my first less than 2 years ago and had really bad piles after birth with her. Have Xyloproct ointment here but can I use when pregnant? Anyone else used anything effective during pregnancy? Dreading the next 9 months and aftermath of birth already!

Just come across this after just scrolling through. My advice would be to check at the pharmacist. I had awful piles after my first too and they do flare up now and again. I'm trying to prevent this by eating prunes everyday! Also take lactulose solution occasionally when the constipation gets really bad. I think we'll be more prepared afterwards this time.
