Does anyone have any recommendations for the best video baby monitors out there?
I'd quite like one with a unit for watching but also an app capability so we can use the iPad. Or, if one is particularly good, just the app capability and no unit would be fine.
Is talk-back useful? I wonder if it comes through like a walkie talkie, which probably wouldn't be that soothing for a crying baby.
"I'm on my way, baby, don't worry. OVER and OUT. crackle"
I also don't want anything that supposedly monitors breathing or movement, I think that would create an anxiety where there needn't be one.
I'm seven months pregnant now so I'm not in a super rush, but all online reviews seem paid for by manufacturers and so I thought I'd put it out to the world of experience.
