Hello,

I am just over 8 weeks pregnant, I have had no morning sickness at all, is this a bad sign my hormone levels are low? I read something means hormone levels are Low. I had scan at 7 weeks 5 days and saw baby and heart beat. I guess I should stop worrying.

it's not a bad sign - not everyone gets all pregnancy symptoms. if you've seen the heartbeat then chances are very high that everything is going well. mine kicked in at around 8 weeks i think and hasn't subsided yet at 20 - so just embrace the lack of sickness it while it lasts! :)

Can we swap?! Seriously though, don't worry. Particularly if you have had a positive scan. Every pregnancy is different.

I was sick twice in my pregnancy at around 9 weeks (and I'm pretty sure that was from taking my pregnancy Vitamin on an empty stomach) and that was it! Now have a perfectly healthy nearly 5 month old! Not everyone gets it so don't worry.

Embrace it lovely, I was one of the lucky ones and wasnt sick throughout my entire pregnancy! I've now got a happy healthy 6 week old xx

@mandy29xx didn't get morning sickness with dc1, was slightly nauseous with dc2 and now with dc3 I'm nauseous all day long. Every pregnancy is different

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and haven't been sick once! Don't worry Smile

Saoirse22 · 10/03/2020 14:49

Don't worry, it's perfectly normal and the fact that you've already seen a heartbeat is a massive reassurance! The sickness often kicks in around 8 weeks. Or maybe you'll be a lucky one who won't get sick at all. Just relax and enjoy, which many of us can't around this time Grin

My sickness started in week 4 and instantly became so severe, I ended up not being able to work. Fast forward week 16 and I still can't work. Almost every day of my pregnancy has felt like a terrible flu so far, it's physically and mentally draining and I'm losing income. So you're just lucky so far. Hopefully it will stay this good for you xx

Thank you everyone this has reassured me. I had no idea how much being pregnant has triggered so much anxiety and over thinking.
