Pregnancy after morning after pill

OK I'm asking not for judgment over this but people's own experiences of this.... Baby very much wanted after the shocks an this week slightly panicking.....

My morning after pill baby will be 8 this July.

It's not all bad, and while he certainly wasn't planned I wouldn't be without him.

Try not to panic. I had a similar situation myself. So judgement at all. I took the MAP about 3hrs after a condom failure with then DP(now DH) and ended up pregnant. Totally unexpected and it was simple a case of not quite when we had 'planned' to do it (as we had though marriage and buy a house first) but as soon as we got over the shock it was a very wanted pregancy. DD will be turning 4 in May. Ask any questions you want. Happy to PM too if you want.

Also the MAP doesn't & can't harm or effect the baby. That was one thing I was really concerned about in the early days. Either it works to prevent conception or it doesn't no impact on anything else

Thanks ladies, I haven't mentioned to midwife that I took it wasn't sure if I should but seems it has no effect so don't need to x

No real need to mention it if you don't want to but the midwife would also be able to give you reassurance that no harm has been done. How far along are you? I'm due in early Nov with DC2

12 +3 scan Thursday, be glad when that's done!!

Same thing has happened to me I think I'm pregnant will find out upto Sunday. Going to do tests
