Hey @Astar123.
Sorry to hear you are struggling.
Have you spoken to your gp, if you have bad nausea you can be prescribed anti sickness medication.
Try just eating what you feel like forget the pregnancy health kick for now, crisps... ice poles to stay hydrated. If your body needs to rest then sleep!
How many times a day are you being sick? There’s a thread on here for Hyperemesis support, extreme sickness.
Hoping it passes for you soon!
I’m 16 weeks and take 2 different anti sickness tablets but I vomit so much I end up hospitalised on a drip at least once a week... so I feel your pain :(

I was taken into hospital with hyperemesis at 7 weeks pregnant and was put on a drip... Ive been prescribed anti sickness and they were really helping and made me feel like I wasn't pregnant (I know that sounds weird). But over the past 2 weeks I cant stomach anything and head aches are really getting the better of me.

Maybe go back to your gp and see if they can switch your meds, not sure about the sore head... have you tried freezing ice cubes of lucazade to try and get fluids?
