How much time a day do you spend on your pregnancy ball? And what exercises do you do? I'm currently 36+3 weeks and been bouncing on the ball and doing hip circles to help baby get into the right position ready for labour but for max 45 minutes every so often which I know isn't enough... so any tips is much appreciated 😊

I try and sit on it at times I would sit on the sofa but not all the time - I do hip circles, rolling back and forth and also bounce on it slightly. Do you know what position the baby is already in? x
