Labour pains 25+3

I was in a supermarket earlier when I felt some strong pains really low down. It passed quickly then happened again about 4 minutes later on the next aisle, then again when I was paying at the till. I felt like I needed to go and empty my bowels so I quickly went to the toilets and nothing happened. This was at 10am and since then it's happened 3 times. The pain comes in waves and lasts about 40 seconds but the pain brings back labour pain and I am now worrying. Been to see midwife this morning before I felt any of these pains everything was fine I didn't mention them as they hadn't happened yet. I honestly thought "I'm in labour" when it happened at the supermarket. I can still feel baby wriggling around and have no bleeding and no problem passing urine but this wave of pain just keeps coming and stoping me in my tracks.

Any advice?
