What are your thoughts? I've got no support off my midwife about this issue, considering that I work in the public and also corona virus is now circulating in my town and amongst people I know.. I really am taking as many precautions as possible but I'm so frightened

The reason why your midwife hasnt given you any specific support is because there isnt an official response/action plan for pregnancy yet. If you click on the link the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is going to publish guidance soon, you can sign up to receive it via email if you want. Once its published, the Royal College of Midwives will likely follow it too.

There's no support because not enough is known about the effects on pregnancy. Personally I can't see it being any worse than if a pregnant woman caught the flu, I'm just taking the same precautions as everyone else. Not much else you can do I'm afraid.
