Broken out in spots over upper body?!

Today it was like boom - so far noticed all over arms, chest, shoulders and back. Not sure if it's a hormonal thing or oh crap I need to tell work tomorrow!

Have you had chickenpox before OP?

I've had it 3 times in my life so far all before age of 16. Was hoping it's different as not feeling itchy atm

I had a terrible rash on my chest at about 14 weeks (with general itching everywhere) I’d read somewhere about using head & shoulders shampoo on baby/children’s rashes, so I did that for about 2 weeks and it went away. Looking back, I think it was a virus
