Hello. Each night I wake up with a burning feeling in my lower abdomen. It's a constant pain rather than waves. I also get a pain in my left hand side when lying on my right. I feel like every time I go for a wee the pain gets temporarily worse and then goes away for a few hours. I don't have any other symptoms of a UTI or kidney infection. I'm nearly 38 weeks pregnant, could it just be round ligament pain or something more sinister? It leaves me in agony hardly able to move or talk until it subsides
