Anyone taking the plunge and splashing out? Or can give their review if you've used one please.
Compared to others it looks magical and as this is my third baby I'm considering it as I run a business from home and only taking a week or two max off after the birth.
I used a Medea swing last time which I liked but found it just as time consuming as feeding the baby so one that's hands free sounds like a dream.
Is it all it's cracked up to be and worth the money?

I think as far as I seen from YouTube videos the low bit on it is that the bags to collect the milk are quite pricey, so for that reason I wouldn't do it. But if you can afford that, I think it's great to be hands free and somehow hidden under your clothes.

Sorry, I need to correct myself, it's not this pump that uses bags.

Elvie doesn't have bags, that's Willow.

I had two Elvies and I did think they were good. I was exclusively pumping so they were really invaluable for being able to get out and about and get on with things while pumping, and I did use them a lot.

Negative points: the price, the build quality isn't great - I'm on my second replacement pump as two failed in the exact same way, although Elvie say they have fixed the issue, and the style of suction is quite different to traditional pumps and my friend who borrowed them for a trip could get barely any milk out.

They have a decent resale value too. I'm about to sell mine and will get a good chunk back.
