Is it normal to feel unwell during pregnancy?

I'm currently 25 weeks into my second pregnancy. Recently I have started to feel bloated with pains in my stomach. As well as feeling really sick. I've lost my appetite. Struggling to sleep due to this. And to top it off my left calf started to feel really tight yesterday like a cramp starting which won't go away. I've tried stretching and walking but can't seem to shift it.
I have still being able to feel baby move at times. (Which is new to me. Last pregnancy I had an anterior placenta)
I never had anything like this in my last pregnancy so wanted to check if this could be normal or whether it is worth contacting my midwife ?

Its always worth contacting your midwife to be on the safe side

The tight calf would worry me as it can be a sign of DVT. Definitely get yourself checked out. Rather safe than sorry.

I'm 25+5 and started getting cramp in my calf around a week ago, only tends to happen at night/when I wake up in the morning. I looked it up and it's totally normal to start getting leg cramps at this stage. Make sure you're drinking enough water.

I don't have bloating but this is also really common at this point. If you're concerned then do speak to your midwife, better safe than sorry but I don't think what you mention is anything to worry about.

Thank you for your reply.
I spent all afternoon in a walk in centre and A&E. as the pain in my leg is still there they are suspecting a DVT so going back in today to have a scan.

Regarding the pain on my belly they are suspecting my stomach is irritated for the aspirin I take daily.

@AllAboutImperfection I hope everything is ok and it's not a DVT.

Thankfully not DVT. Suspected pull muscle
