So I'm so happy that I'm pregnant and only have 4 weeks to go until my c section and meeting my precious baby .but oh my im so fed up now expecily on weekends when my partner is at work I'm on mat leave I'm busy during the week with school runs ect and my partner and me usually go for lunch or a coffee on his day off during the week but I'm really struggling today feel exhausted and overwhelmed by even just doing the usual house work and washings it's all done but I had to force myself to do it .
I'm not sleeping well either the constant leg cramps and peeing are not good it just want it all to be over and have my baby here I don't remember feeling like this in my other pregnancys anyone else feeling the same ?

I feel the same! Been off work since 8 weeks pregnant due to severe hyperemesis and being so unwell.
I'm 36+3 now and literally counting down the days. I'm trying my best to relax have lie ins and do things to keep occupied but I just want my baby out. I'm so uncomfortable and struggling to walk due to SPD. I cannot wait for this pregnancy to be over.

Babyg1995 · 07/03/2020 20:38

I've been off since 10 weeks with severe sickness the spd sick of having to sit down putting trousers on the thought of standing on one leg is just too much I've been the same trying to relax but the boredom is really setting in now .

I'm 28w and suffering a bad back. I am soooo bored. I can't even do much round the house because it triggers back pain. Also not sleeping well, waking up in the night and staying awake for hours.

Ithoughtyouwere · 07/03/2020 20:51

37w+3d and getting sick of nothing happening. I know it’s early but DD came at 37 weeks on the dot so never thought I’d get this far!

I’m tired, pgp means I can hardly do a thing and my DD is adorable but exhausting and won’t sleep either.

I’m 37+1 and have about a week and a half until my csection. SPD has suddenly started at night where I wake up in pain but it also hurts even more to turn over so I don’t know what to do. Have had contraction pains and baby is engaged but these last weeks have truly dragged. Anyone else struggle to sleep at night so end up napping after the school run during the day but then end up awake until 1am before the restless legs stop Confused

Babyg1995 · 07/03/2020 21:26

Turning over is definitely a struggle it's horrible spd and restless legs well it's not long for us now let's hope the next couple of weeks go quickly for us all Smile

The SPD is so bad! I never knew it could hurt so much. Just trying to stand up and walk, let alone trying to get up and down stairs and getting dressed. The pain is just agony. And then trying to sleep and turn over. That just isn't happening for me anymore. The pain is too much.
I really hope i dont go overdue.
Wishing all of you a speedy last few weeks and we will soon be holding our little ones in our arms.

I'm 38+2 and due a csection in 11 days! I cannot wait!! I too am very uncomfortable! Tired of everything!! Night time is the worse, leg cramps, loo runs and just trying to move from side to side is a mission! I'm counting down the days!

PumpkinMun · 07/03/2020 22:52

I'm 37 + 3 and so ready to not be pregnant anymore. 1st baby and fear of labour is kicking in but I'm ready to meet my little one.
last couple of days I've had back pain and mega cramping. Tonight's been awful I can only assume Braxton hicks 🤷‍♀️
babys head is 3/5 engaged and light crotch has been crazy painful.
doing stuff around the house is a challenge now and I feel I spend my days waiting for DH to come home from work.
wishing everyone a quick few last weeks ... I'm sure our bubas will be here soon

RainMinusBow · 07/03/2020 22:58

I wish I could afford to be bored! Got to keep working ft until at least 38 weeks!!

BumbleBeeFlower · 07/03/2020 23:10

37+2 here and I just want this baby out. Had to go in today for monitoring as she had been quiet for a bit. Was having tightenings and naively thought they would keep me in and it was go time but was sent home and they have since stopped.
At midwife check on Monday, baby was 2/5 engaged and I have been having lightening crotch as well so hopefully it won't be much longer 🤞🏻

There's definitely something about 35 weeks and onwards might take up knitting Grin although I am very glad to be officially on maternity leave Grin

@RainMinusBow I feel for you so much working till your 38 weeks. my mat leave doesn't start till 40 weeks but I had so much annual leave I was able to go off weeks ago.
I hope it goes quick for you and your not needing to be on your feet too much. can't be easy still working up till 38 weeks

RainMinusBow · 08/03/2020 02:43

@PumpkinMun Needs must financially sadly. And at 39 I'm not a young mum either lol!

My OH also had emergency spinal surgery last week (came home today with catheter and extremely poor mobility) so how I'm going to look after him, bump, kids and go to work I honestly don't know Sad

Just been up again to help him with meds and check on our old and dying doggy (she's OK for tonight luckily).

I'm a SEN teacher so on my feet pretty much all day chasing kids around!

PumpkinMun · 08/03/2020 04:46

@RainMinusBow bless you! it sounds like your having such a hard time atm. I hope you have support around you and I'm sure when your little ones here everything will be perfect

RainMinusBow · 08/03/2020 05:02

@PumpkinMun Sadly no family that can help and no friends to speak of. I'm just trying to figure out in my head what decisions to make in the bests interests of the baby and my other two children. It's all so hard :(
