Constant nausea

Currently 12 weeks PG and im not sure if this is just part of the drill but im so exhausted and fed up of feeling constantly sick.
Whilst ive only been sick a couple of times, the constant nausea is really bringing me down. Im unable to eat properly, only small carbs little and often as people often suggest. This has meant ive lost weight so far in my pregnancy. The nausea is keeping me awake at night making it really difficult to function normally in my FT job and i have no energy whatsoever. Im really struggling to see how people cope with this, especially if this continues all the way through.

Any suggestions?

I’m currently 16 weeks and have nausea with only occasional sickness, my first pregnancy I was sick around 10 times a day but it was much easier to deal with!
Ice and cold stuff helps me with the nausea, calippo, twisters and such like.
I hope it stops soon for you.

It generally stops now onwards, but give it until 14 weeks, then you'll worry you don't feel sick .. welcome to pregnancy. The middle big you you feel well, have a nice bump and more energy.

Pepsi, mints, ginger sweets helped to make it slightly more tolerable. You have my sympathies, it’s awful.
