UTI?

In my notes from my last MW appointment she's put Leukocytes +++ in the urinalysis which I assume means I have a UTI, but she didn't say anything about antibiotics. I'm having horrid painful cramps in my lower stomach and I've got some lower back pain and I generally feel rotten. Is it worth calling out of hours? I don't want to unnecessarily be a bother as I'm not in agony but I'm just a bit worried. I'm 15w+4. Thanks x

I think it is definitely worth a call if you are in pain. I don't know what the leukocytes are but how strange your mw didn't mention it.
If it is a uti they will want it treated asap.

Yes call in. Unfortunately things get missed all the time, best to get someone to check you over again.

Leukocytes don’t necessarily mean uti which is why she won’t have mentioned it.

If you’re in pain now and think you may have a uti it’s worth calling 111 or going to a walk in centre for advice.

They have to be a certain amount of symbols to be a uti so it was maybe not high enough at your appointment but if you are not feeling right phone for an out of hours appointment
