Perenial massage oil

What's the best perineal massage oil to get? Or does it not really matter?

My doula recommended Weleda to me. It has good reviews online too.

I used an expert midwife ones and I really don't feel it made any difference to be honest.

You can use plain olive oil. Only need a tiny dribble.
