HG last time... almost 6 weeks and feel fine

In my last pregnancy I was really unwell. I think I found out at about 3+6 and had certainly started vomiting by 5ish weeks. I had a scan at 6+3 and I remember I was feeling fully dreadful by then.

I don’t know exactly how pregnant I am. My dates would put me at 8+5 but I suspect I had a very long cycle and ovulated much much later. Based on when I first got a positive pregnancy test and when I think I conceived I reckon I’m about 5+5. But I feel pretty much fine. Very occasional mild nausea. It’s starting to make me really worry that this isn’t going to be a successful pregnancy.

I know no one can tell me it’s all going to be fine but has anyone else had a completely different second pregnancy?

I had HG in my first pregnancy with my daughter and was in and out of hospital on a drip and I’m now 12 weeks pregnant with my second and I’ve had a couple of times where I’ve been sick but mostly just feeling nauseous with no other symptoms. It’s definitely nothing like my first pregnancy but from my scans everything is going fine so just think that every pregnancy is different.
