Reduced movements still?

Was in triage this morning for a CTG as reduced movements (about to be 27 weeks). All seemed fine and dandy, had some movements during the time and midwife was happy with heartbeat etc.

However, I've still had very little movement the rest of the day (a few flutters and one bigger kick) and haven't had the usual movements after eating evening meal, anything I can feel is so slight as to be confusing.

Should I ring up again, or wait till morning? First baby so no idea what's normal but up until now I'd been gradually feeling more and more movements each few days and then today just seems like radio silence in comparison.

I would get checked out - every single time. Hope all is ok x

My baby has been abit like that also and I also went in for reduced movements at 27w last week. I'm putting it down to sleeping/growing. But if you are worried then definitely call them up for advice.

Am just in the bath which usually brings it on and have had a few definite wriggles, which was a relief, so I'm just going to monitor it for the next couple of hours and hope I get some good evening movement...then ring up if I'm not feeling comfortable with it I guess

Try lying on your side for an hour and see if it helps

I didn’t think CTG was recommended to be used prior to 28 weeks as there’s no evidence to support their use.

That’s by the by, call back up and ask to be seen again. Hopefully they’ll book you in for a scan to check all is ok
