I had my 12 week at 10 and 6! I thought I was a week further along. Everything was fine and since then I have relaxed into this pregnancy. It was too soo to do the Nuchal tests for downs etc so I came back two weeks later.... so was a great excuse to see the baby again and brill to see the amount it had grown!

Sorry just to add, I had my dating scan early at 10 weeks 6 days along and everything looked fine, but now I'm worrying because 12 weeks seems to be the time when you can relax?

Not really sure what you're asking. They usually like to do it between 12 and 14 weeks, are your dates wrong or suchlike?

Sorry cross post!

If you've seen a heartbeat and everything was fine, i would try and relax, easier said than done I know! But the reason people say 12 weeks is the safe point is probably because that's typically when they get to see the baby, you've already seen yours! So most likely everything will be okay 😊

If you see a heartbeat at 10 weeks, your chance of miscarriage is less than 1%. There is basically no difference between having a scan at 10 weeks and 12 weeks :)
