Just wondering really

I'm having a complicated pregnancy, it just feels like when we ve over come one obstacle, another one arises
I'm feeling drained with internal scans, then random bleeds, blood tests, monitoring , blood pressure issues etc etc

I do fully appreciate it's for my health and the babys health, and I'm grateful that my little one is staying put against the odds,

I just feel so exhausted by it all and I'm only 24 weeks

Sorry for the rambling, I have no idea what my point of my post is, think I'm just feeling a bit disheartened today

Thanks for taking the time to read ❤

You're probably not alone. I've read the progesterone is a depressant if that helps? How things get better XxFlowersBrew[choc]

Hope

Yes, absolutely. I am very happy to be pregnant but I am finding sometimes that things that wouldn't normally bother me are upsetting me and getting me very down. I am hoping this is hormonal. Sorry you are feeling down too, what is helping me is to acknowledge that it is only temporary and that hopefully once the baby is born I will even out.

I hear you OP - I’ve been really miserable recently. I’m 31 weeks and feel like a fat, bloated whale. I’m shattered all the time and just generally fed up. I’m also eating like crap which I know can’t be helping. I’m constantly worrying about everything too and can’t seem to stop. Not enjoying the third trimester and still another nine weeks to go!

18weeks and very tearful but have not had the complications you've had. I was being bothered by things that wouldn't normally have cause me upset, and reading through posts here over the past couple of weeks has helped me understand that most of it is hormones. It doesn't help when people say 'it's JUST hormones', because it can really impact your life. I also read progesterone can 'depress' as well as relax. You are going through so much at the moment, and that in itself would overwhelm. I very much hope this get better for you x
