Look for wee bit of advice I'm 37+4
And Iv been getting cramps like I'm going to take a period and the pain I'm getting down bellow is crazy it's so to just walk I don't know if this is normal as this is my first baby and Iv tried paracetamol but doesn't work so not taken it for the point of taken it, does anyone know what I can do Iv talked to my midwife she said everything is fine and it can be normal but didn't tell me how I can make it better! Thanks

Try having a bath

Hey babymumma... period pains sounds like the beginning of contractions... are the pains constant? Coming from your back?
Try having a bath and relax and see if that helps xx

Iv been and been checked they said the same early labour just to take it easy they will monitor me but had to go back to hospital today and they are going to induced me tomorrow xxx
