Back pain very early pregnancy

Hi all, hoping for some advice please. I found out today that I'm pregnant (3w6d). All day I've been getting quite sharp pain in my lower back. I don't remember this in my first pregnancy so wondering if I should be worried? Thanks.

Hi @Nimsay1 I’m 7+6 and also found out I was pregnancy before my period was due, since then I have had sporadic back cramps initially they were quite strong - one night they woke me up from my sleep but I don’t think it’s too much to worry about, it’s not happening as regularly anymore but if I stand up for long periods of time my back starts hurting again.

I had bad back pain just for a day around 4 + 1 , went after that and never came back .

Thank you @jdy123. The pain has definitely eased today so I was probably worrying prematurely.

I remember worrying too at the time and everything was fine!

I've had 4 previous miscarries so impossible to relax just yet but keeping everything crossed!
