Pain, numbness and sensitivity at top of bump

From what I have read this is quite common, but I cannot find any suggested remedies. I have pains at the top of my bump, they started as sensitive skin and numbness around week 28 and now at week 32 it is like constant (manageable) pain. I thought about a bump support but not sure if they only help back problems. Is anyone able to advise anything to help without me having to take paracetamol?

I have had this a lot since about week 22. I am now 28 weeks. I also have severe rib pain. I have found a really good massage in the evening with bio oil helps and also some yoga positions help to stretch out your upper half. It feels like when I stretch it all out it doesn't cramp up as much. It's not a miracle cure but seems to be more manageable as I was in so much pain I was tearful. Hope that helps.

@firsttimeivfmum thank you, strangely after posting that a night or so later the baby moved so drastically it was uncomfortable but that pain has now gone. Fingers crossed it was just the baby getting into the correct position! And something was digging in or pulling on that part of bump.
