Nothing like a Cup of coffee to just give yourself a little boost, but as everyone knows coffee should be avoided in pregnancy. Is there any herbal or anything pregnancy safe foods that will give you a little boost, I’m just feeling so low on energy, even though I’m eating really well, I’m exercising, getting enough sleep. I’ve been pregnant before, I know it can be tough but just wondered if any pregnancy safe energy and mental boosts were known of instead of coffee?
