I'm 35+4 and started getting BH which starts at the top of my bump this evening. I've been getting them occasionally when I have a really full bladder but they seem more strong this evening. Any tips on how to ease them please?

Hmm.. generally just moving to a different position or getting up eases mine. I’m not sure why they are described as just uncomfortable, mine make me stop in my tracks & my eyes water! They def hurt! But admittedly, nowhere near an actual contraction pain!

I’m not sure there’s anything to specifically ease them but just try moving around & possibly a mild hot water bottle or a nice bath?!

Don't know how to ease them but is your bag packed? I started braxton hicks & then my daughter was born 2 days later 🙄 😀 even had a test at the hosp telling me I wasn't in labour... brilliant 😂😂

I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and Sunday night I was up nearly all night with braxton hicks. Kept coming and so uncomfortable. I've had the same today. All day long and I had to keep changing position etc to help ease them. For people who say they are painless mine are painful. Nothing I cant handle but definitely uncomfortable. Baths have helped a lot with easing them.
