Feeling rotten and just want to eat!

I’m 13 weeks and seem to be feeling worse each week! I feel nauseous as soon as I start to get hungry and the only thing that helps is eating...and I’m doing far too much of that! I put on 3.5 stone with my previous pregnancy and really really really don’t want to do that again, but I just don’t know what to do Sad I know that I am very lucky compared to a lot of others, for which I am very thankful - but jeez I feel rubbish!

Me too! I am 9 weeks and feel so disgusting; eating and sleeping are the only things that help-I can already feel my work trousers getting tight! I had a fairly healthy diet before pregnancy, 5-a-day was easy but, if I’m honest, if I manage 2-a-day at the moment it’s a miracle...

I gained about 4 stone over my last two pregnancies and have accepted I may (probably will) have to diet again after the baby is born, just hoping 2nd trimester is easier food-wise...

Really hope it gets easier for you, think you have to do what it takes to ease the nausea in the meantime x

I was the same, and tried (and failed miserably) to control my weight gain. However, in the end I realised it was pointless, as you just have to survive. I gained four stone in each of my three pregnancies, and I've managed to lose it each time (I'm 7lbs away third time!).
