Headaches

What can I do for headache? I don't really like taking tablets so especially not now that I'm pregnant , never been a paracetamol fan, am I allowed to use those cooking migraine patches? Help I have headaches a lot , my glasses ease the strain ever so slightly x

I found I got headaches all through pregnancy and instantly knew of it needed heat or cold at the front or back each time as it differed. I got one of those gel packs that can go in freezer or microwave and comes in a sleeve. Absolute godsend
