Im currenlt just moved back in with my mum, im 25 weeks preg and losing my job next week, i dont have a current address so i cant claim my mat allowance from the goverment, Im not suposed to be with my mum and will mess up her benifits if i claim so im not, shes let me come home as im homeless, im on the waiting list, well i filed out my form the concil said it takes up to 12 weeks,
My mums best friend said i can change my address to her house so i can claim my maternity allowance from the goverment, she has a concil house, gets no benifits, works full time, pays full rent, full concil tax.
Me going there would that mess anything up fpr her? Would it up her Council tax? Im willing to pay the differnt, its just temp so im not sure how it works, i just really need my mat allowance as ive worked all my life but its so quite at work they arent extending my contract..
