Morning sickness

Hello, 4 weeks pregnant and I'm having the worst nausea and vomiting. I struggle to bring myself to eat anything as I just don't fancy it and then when I bring myself to finally eat I throw up 2 hours later. I also vomited yellow bile this morning. Is this all normal? Is this morning sickness or is it too early? First time parent so I'm a bit clueless haha. TIA ❤️

I think it can happen that early but it’s also possibly a bug? So not much of a helpful response but morning sickness generally starts between weeks 6-8 but of course everyone is different.
Sorry that you’re feeling so rough.
